Personally, I have had very good service at this bank. The last time I went I was going with something that I thought would take at least an hour but they solved it in less than 10 minutes.

We went to speak with an executive, we arrived when they had just opened, the executive took a while to arrive but he was very kind to assist us, I also carried out another procedure and everyone was very kind.

I went to request an account opening and they canceled the card I had as a minor and they made it impossible for me, the person at the entrance gave me bad information, apparently they are not well trained, I went to another branch and called customer service and they were able to help me serve better although I can't solve my problem yet.
